Clothes show Live!

Hello my lovelies

So if you don't know what clothes show is, it's a fashion show showing all the new trends including beauty and music.
They also have a load of stalls (all different of course) varying from makeup to clothes to nails to teeth whitening, anything you can think of, its most likely it'll be there. 

Within the stalls you can meet different celebrities that's if your quick enough! But within the show they do singing acts last year it was Elyar Fox and this year it was 4th impact from xfactor and omg were they amazing!

I think I went to every single store except from NYX (sad face) but all I got was two eye shimmers from Helen E one sliver and one gold these eye shimmers are sooo pigmented also from Helen E a base for eye glitter not bad all for £10, Last thing i got was this drinking Jar (Mason jar) with a cute reindeer on the top, and a bracelet which my friend has the same as it was 2 for £3.50.

November favourites

Wait what's that you say?
Yep it's that time of the month again .... Favorites time!

Seriously where has this year gone, its gone too fast and am i the only one who hasn't started their Christmas shopping yet ? i know i know it's bad but im on it (chessy grin)

ooo what shall i start off with makeup or beauty ..... makeup it is

 My love for this product... why did no one tell me sooner?. This benefit hoola bronzer is honeslty amazing, it just gives a really natural finish. I use this for both, for a slight contour and bronze. I actually got this in the sale, on Asos which I can't fault cause everyone loves a deal?

One of the things I love about this is it comes with a small brush, ideal for getting that contour look also, it's easy on the go so you don't have to take a brush with you.

These two little beauts of lip products one is rimmel Kate lipstick in the shade 107 and the other is topshop in black widow. And not forgetting the lip liner from maybelline in the shade 540 Hollywood red. 

The lip liner is the perfect match for the lipstick 107.

With these two lipsticks, I first apply the 107 and the lip liner then go over with the topshop black widow, and all I do is just dab it on and it just creates a perfect winter berry shade.
You can either leave them by themselves i usually do this with the 107 cause i feel the purple one is too daring, but for me i do like to mix up the shades to create a slight dark berry look.

Ooo talking of berry shades this is the rimmel lasting finish nail varnish in the shade black cherries 

I was a tad upset that my Essie nail varnish had nearly finished so I was trying to hunt around in my nail varnish collection to see if I could find a similar shade, and yes I found one.

This type of colour, is my go to. Even though I have other colours,I will still go back to this one. 

(Writing this post remind me I need to go and get an Essie one)

Perfume you say? 

Yep this diesel loverdoes perfume is my all time favourite scent, it's a very sweet musky smell. You only need a few sprits as it is a strong scent.
The scent for me is long lasting, however during the day i do like to use it just for a freshen up, one thing i love about it aswell you can just pop in your handbag and you're good to go.

Next is this body lotion in Pink chiffon from bath and body works, I actually got this from my secret santa from work from last year which I still don't know who got me it.(sad face)
 But anyway this body lotion is so sweet smelling you can smell it from a mile of, when i apply it my sister always knows its me and she can tell that I have used this product because its a strong smell
Your can tell how much I have loved this product it's nearly gone!

It also has Shea and vitamin e in which is also on the plus side leaving your skin really soft

I wish we did bath and body works in the uk! 

I guess you could call these last two random favourites.

First off is postcards, i love post cards I dont know what it is about them, some have meanings, and some are just too cute. I get these postcards from paper chase, and I believe they are 70p.

Your can either give them to friends or family and wrtie little messages on the back, but with these I like to hang them up as i have a photo line so I just like to put them on there, even put them around my desk. I just feel  it adds a little something.

I also have one that says :' your oyster is your world' which was too cute(shall i say) not to get.

Last but not least its a canddlle.
Honestly i love candles yankee candels, scented ones,christmas ones you name it.
This candle I actually got from, one of my friends for my birthday. It just comes in the cutest tin, this candle is sweet smelling and by the name of this tin, it must be what fairy dust smells like but if you see these candels in shop- i know you can get them from john lewis places like that. Go a have a smell because to me it smells like heaven,
when buying candles if your that type of person that buys a candle and when it come to burning it, it doesnt really smell of anything?, this one makes the whole room smell of sweets ,I'm deffienly going to see what other ones they have in the range.

This is what the inside looks like when its lit (can someone help me out and tell me what sweets these look like, I've been trying to think but nothings coming to mind). It's crazy how much ive been burning this candle and there still a whole thing left and that one thing I love about this candle,it'll last you ages!

Hello my fellow bloggers/readers how's your day going?

Now this is a really different post for me to write but I've just seen it a lot around the Ytuber/blogger/viewer community do you know what it is ....... That's right hate.

I was going to write in the notes and post it on Twitter but I thought why not write a post about it I know I know it's not beauty or fashion related but It has to be said (happy face)

I'm gonna try and keep this post not too long hopefully I won't rant too much 

But recently I watched one of gabbys videos, and if you don't know who she is ...then you should

One thing that plays on my mind is hate, I just don't understand why she gets hate you can see that she puts so much effort and pride into her videos, yet someone will have something nasty to say she's just a human being, so what if she's doing something she loves (this goes to other fellow ytubers/bloggers :)) when you see them cry you just want to give them a hug.

I just think before you feel like writing a harsh comment or think ew why've they done that, just think if YOU were in that position, how would you feel. So many people think oh there just behind a camera or a blog but they do have feelings, and they do have a life and they're just going about their day to day life, like a normal human being.

What if I don't like it? 

If you don't like what someone produced (is that the right word) whether it's a makeup video or and fashion post dont read or watch it. Just take a step back or (shuffle back if your sitting down) and think of you. If you were on the other side and someone posted a horrible comment just think how would you feel? Would you like it? If you answer if NO then don't say it.

When watching YouTube videos of people that I've watched for ages even years and I've seen that some comments break friendships, which isn't a nice thing to see but on the otherside you can see that those people(youtubers,bloggers,vloggers) are stronger than what people say, they can see whatever people may say about them or whatever rumor they try to spread ...... it wont work!

Sometimes you just have to realise that we, you, me everyone will make mistakes and we will learn from them its just part of life.

Not everyone is perfect, not everyone has the perfect life,If you do I'm jealous. Because day by day there is always something, we have to overcome...

I know this is really different- something short, but I just wanted to share it
Just be YOU be true and don't say post a comment or even say things that you wouldn't like people to say   to you!

October Favourites

 I can't believe that its nearly Christmas (is that to early to say?) this year has flown by...
But we know what that means monthly favourites time!....... I know I know I'm bad at doing a favourites, but there's a few things that i have been loving that i wanted to write a post about .

Lets start off with makeup favourites

My first favourite has to be Nars sheer glow this has become my savoir, all my other foundations have either been too heavy or to cakey but this foundation is amazing, it honestly makes you skin look flawless and for me I like foundation that looks natural but also gives you full coverage and this does the job(excuse the lid) .

Next is my holy grail Maybelline big eyes mascara, this omg i couldn't live without, ive already gone through one which kinda shows you have much i love this product. it just makes your eyes look big and full i just do about 3 coats and then your good to go

Rimmel glam'eyes liquid eyeliner, this eyeliner is honestly amazing I've gone through so many of these its that good! this eyeliner is so easy to use as it has a fine tip, I can go from a simple look to a cat eye.

The Nars purifying foam cleanser, this product my auntie actually gave to me, with this product all you have to do is just wet your face with a little water, pop some of the product into your hands and just rub it all over your face and honestly this stuff is amazing it so quick and easy to use. I use this cleanser to remove all my makeup and honestly it's amazing it does the job.

Music favs:

Now with music i probably play it every single day- cant go without music .

My favourite for music this month have to be Jess glynne new album called I cry when I laugh. There's just something about buying an album my favourite which i love, from this album my fav song has to be gave me something. Aint got far to go and No rights No wrongs (Ok i lied there was 3)

just 1 more.I promise. This has to be Zara Larsson &MNKE - Never forget you.

Fluffy socks has to be a favourite this month.

Yep that's right fluffy socks i just find them sooo cosy and they are always an autumn/winter staple.
I just think it's so cute, If you are wearing boots, and they just stick out a little from the top,I feel it can make an outfit causal but smart at the same time, and of course everyone hates cold feet.

My last favourite has to be this scarf from H&M. I'm so glad i bought this its so thick and cosy feels like heaven. it so easy just to throw on i love it, it just goes with anything I wear.

D.I.Y Open when letters

Looking for idea for presents always is a task but i was looking through pinterest and came across these open when letters. I thought this was such a cute idea that whoever your making them for could keep them forever

How to make them you say? 

There are loads of different ideas to make here's a list of ideas that I used that could help you

Open when:

1.You're happy/having a good day (I put this two together as they both kinda meant the same thing) 

2.You're having a bad day

3.It's your birthday 

4.You're bored 

5.You can't sleep 

6.You need motivation 

7.It's your wedding day 

8.You need a hug 

9. It's your first at at uni 

10.When you graduate 

11.when you want to reminisce 

I did about 15 open when letters but you can do as many as you want.

What you'll need:

Patterned paper 

Coloured pens 

Lined paper 

Glue

Ribbon 

Things to put inside (extra) 

With each of these letters I added little quotes pictures and postcards anything that would mean something to the letter idea 

As I've listed pattern paper this is to make your envelop:
this is how i made mine:

Start off with the paper in diamond shape, and all you want to do is fold it in half across and then upwards and just press in the middle so that'll give you a guide.

Now you can see in the middle there is a line all you want to do next, is just fold the two sides in so its meets at the line and press down.

 Open it back up.
All you want to do is create two small triangles show in the picture and again fold
The just fold the two side back in.

So once you've folded the sides in, take the bottom half and bring it upwards.

When bringing the bottom half upwards you want to make sure that the top inner corner of the side flap starts to meet the triangle.

(now press down )

Once that's in place now all you want to do is fold the small triangle inwards, so it starts to look like and envelope

Now just fold the top triangle down.... and there we have it, your very own envelope

Nope we haven't finished yet.

Open it back up, now this is where the glue comes in. All you want to do is glue all the triangles down.

Finally fold the sides back in and just glue the corners where I'm pointing to.
Also just take it a little up so its secure when you fold it.

 And there we have it a finished Diy open when letter envlope - with the flap you can either tuck it in, but for me I got these cute stickers and used to hold it down

Last but not least I put everything inside a box.
With the envelopes I just tied a ribbon around, to hold them altogether which I think looks super cute.

So there we have it your very own DIY open when letters

The Perfect Nude

For a long time now i have been looking for a nude that will complement my skin shall i say.
Any nude that i see have either, been too pale or has a pink undertone and people with brown skin will understand my pain

As I was shopping in oxford street with my friend Niamh we took a little trip down to mac and honestly makeup is my worst I will always end up buying something,(well only if i need it ..) anyways surrounded by this beautiful makeup I was looking for a nude and finally I found the perfect shade, which i got in taupe also bought a lip pencil to go with it 

When choosing a lipstick (if you are unsure) ask one of the make-up artists to try it on to see if it suits you. If I go into mac or any or any makeup shops, I always ask the artists to help me which one would suit me because they're there to help. and honestly when they put it on I literally was like yes this is my shade 

I must say that this shade is perfect for any occasion or if you just feeling like wearing minimal makeup but you still want something on your lips.

It does have brown undertones but for me this was my perfect nude

Lipstick in Taupe(Matte) and a lip pencil in the shade spice.
Lipstick:£15.50
Lip pencil:£12.50

I must say that mac lipsticks are long lasting, i'll probably only have to re-apply it once after eating
but otherwise i cant say anything bad about it!

Liz earle cleanse and polish review

We all love a good skin care product right?

i thought it was time to invest in the Liz Earle cleanse and polish and seeing as they had it on offer for £9.50 as they were doing it for the 1995 price it was definitely worth a buy otherwise £15.50 (starter kit) but they do come in other sizes aswell.

The Liz Earle cleanse and polish comes with two muslin clothes, i bought the 100ml which will definitely last me a long time!

So I've been using this for a good month or so (and thought i would give a better review than just after a week)

I've been using this day and night, so on the days i have make-up on i would just use my Garnier cleaning water to remove my makeup using cotton pads then apply the Liz Earle cleanse and polish, to my face gently massaging it onto my skin (as is helps the circulation on the face)- taking the muslin cloth rinsing it under the warm/hot tap and wringing it out, then would just gently wipe away the product. The muslin cloth acts as a exfoliator which helps to get rid of any dead skin/dirt and excess make-up.

I love that it's a pump so you can use as much as you need, i only use a small amount as it does go a long way.
The cleanse and polish also contains some natural ingredients which is always on the plus side just makes your skin feel amazing after.

You can really tell a difference when using the cleanser it makes my skin feel really soft and just amazing, as i do suffer with dry skin which is a pain.

I don't know why i didn't start using this sooner!
